CUSTOM ORDERS

Please note that wait times for custom/personalized orders may vary depending on the volume of current requests, the number of items in your order, and your required delivery date. 

HOW TO ORDER A CUSTOM PIECE
    1.    Browse & Request
Visit our Personalize collection or check individual product descriptions to explore our custom options. Custom/Personalized items will display a price of $0.00 at checkout—this simply notifies us that a request has been submitted.
    2.    Submit Your Details
To submit your request. Checkout your $0.00 order. Once we receive your custom request, we’ll reach out to gather more information such as your desired delivery date, inspiration photos, quantity needed, and any special notes.
Please note: Due to high demand, not all custom requests can be accepted. 
    3.    Design & Approval
If your request is approved, you’ll receive a draft or mockup for review. You’ll have 48 hours to approve or request changes.
If we don’t hear back within that time, we may not be able to complete your order by your requested deadline.

CUSTOM ORDER PROCESS

• Purchase your $0.00 order. Please add your contact information at checkout so we can reach out to you regarding your order.

• Once we have received your order, we will contact you with the information you provided. You are also welcomed to email or text our customer service line with your order number.

• If approved, we will spend up to 24 hours discussing your visions (Colours, Layout, Fonts, etc) A draft/mockup will be provided before production begins.

• The design has to be approved within 48 hours or we may have to cancel the order due to the volume of orders.

• Once the design is approved, an invoice will be sent. A 60% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production (this will go toward your total balance, including shipping)

• Once 888angelzzz received your 60% non refundable deposit, we will start with the production of the product.

• When the product is completed, you will receive another invoice with the remaining 40%. This must be paid before your order is shipped.

• Once full payment is received, we’ll ship your custom order.

IMPORTANT: CHANGES & EXTRA FEES

After your draft/mockup has been approved, any changes you ask for after that will come with a $3 fee per change.

Some changes might not be possible depending on what we have in stock or how far along we are in making your order—but we’ll always do our best to let you know!

To request a change, the fee must be paid within 10 hours. Otherwise, your order will proceed based on the approved design.
